We're Primavera in Tavola, and we do what we love — we cook the way they cook in Italy. Slowly, with conviction, no shortcuts.

Everything we make is 100% plant-based — not because we have to, but because that's how it tastes best. Fermented chilies, focaccia proofed for 48 hours, 'nduja di peperoni, pastries stuffed with the fire of Calabria.

We're based in Żdżarki. You'll find us at our roadside stand, at local markets, and online. Every jar, every panzerotto — made right here, right now, for you.
